Can we have an Urdu openoffice forum?

is it possible to create a seprate forum for "urdu" users.
find it difficult to work using english language?
i am sure there are many others like me.

It is our policy to support any active national language community that asks for a forum, but the key precursors are
  • that the community should be of a critical mass. Given the size of the Urdu speaking population in Pakistan, I would imagine the potential is there.
  • that we have enough active volunteers who are proficient in the language and with experience of OpenOffice.org to answer Qs. I just don't know about this one.
  • that the necessary language support exists within phpBB. Unfortunately in this case, phpBB doesn't have such support for Urdu (see http://www.phpbb.com/languages/), and creating this language pack will involve translating the some 8,000 lines (55,000 words) of phrases such as "View your Posts".
Ubuntu 11.04-x64 + LibreOffice 3 and MS free except the boss's Notebook which runs XP + OOo 3.3.
