I would like to take a moment to thank everyone who works so hard on OOo, both creating it and answering all of our questions on this forum. There must be moments of frustration as we continually find problems to post. Rest assured, we love it and would now find it hard to go back to MS Office. Keep up the excellent work and Season's best to all of you.

Note that we're not part of the OOo team (or very few of the members here). We are just users helping other users. The main frustration cause is not the problems in themselves but the attitude of some users.

Volunteers guidelines says we should endeavor to create as welcoming an environment as possible for new members. So I'm just complying.



NB: on my todo list, I have to make others for such special events but it takes some time.

While we're gushing, I too would like to thank the volunteers on this forum. I swear, the service I get here is as good if not better than anything I've received from official tech support. This, right here, is what an open-source community is all about. You men and women are consistently courteous and helpful, even when you get the same question over and over again. Thank you all!
