Need image text for 'New Topic' and 'Post reply'

I usually browse sites in Firefox or Opera with showing only cached images. It's a bit annoying that the New Topic and Post Reply buttons have no image text under them, so if the respective images are not in cache, I see no buttons. Please, put some text so that the buttons were accessible in any mode.

They whee to have some - so that would be a bug and we'll address it.
