Before the Code Snippets forum starts getting questions, I would suggest that its title be chanced to something like "Code Snippets - for working code only".

When you go into Code Snippets, it does say very clearly at the top of the forum
  • Forum rules
For sharing working examples of macros / scripts. These can be in any script language supported by OpenOffice.org [Basic, Python, Netbean] or as source code files in Java or C# even - but requires the actual source code listing. This forum is not for asking questions about writing your own macros.
Given this and the fact that we Moderators can move the odd mispost into correct forum, I am not sure that this change is worth it. Clearly, if the volume of misposts becomes a pain then I feel that this could be considered. My personal view, but I would be interested in any other Moderator views.

+1 with Terry.
I had not seen where was the emphasis exactly: on the possibility of misposted questions or something else ?
As the section about macros is just above (in the forum index), I think the distinction between questions and examples sections is rather clear.

Judging by the experience on oooforum, the clearer the purpose of the board, the better. I agree that a change to the board title would be better than any number of tags, sub-headings or stickies. I incline to something like "Working code repository" or "Code Snippets (no questions)".

I think that the Code Snippets forum needs some improvements, too:
- Although Code Snippets says its purpose very clearly at the top of the forum, something like "Code Snippets - (working code only/no questions)" would be better.
- Where should someone post working Java code snippets? They don't fit in "Extension Repository" and "Macro Repository".
