As I'm used to working with the MS versions it's just a case of where to find what MS does on OO.
In those cases I can't find it, it's good to have a place where you can find tutorials and referenceguides of the programs.
As I'm new to programming in OO-Basic, I would like to see a place for tutorials and referenceguides on making macro's and listeners

This is completely out of scope. A user forum can not teach you how to program. There are countless tutorials, books (paper and online), snippet repositories and at least 3 object inspectors. All you have to know is how to program (then you may decide NOT to use this limping dinosaur called "Basic").

I would suggest the Tutorials should be made Read-only, so that we get no stray postings; Tutorials should only be postable by an Admin or a Mod.

are you saying that one should have to ask to have a tutorial posted for them?

I disagree, I not want to be Mod on EN site, but I wrote some tutorials, and want in the future, if I feel that needed one.
If you check tutorial forum, you will find, that ordinary users, created useful tutorials, and no reason to limit them.

I not found so much postings on tutorials, that will force us to make such limitations.

Postings in the Tutorial sections is very rare so it's no big deal to handle these few ones when they appear.
