[Solved] How do I thicken the Windows text cursor?

Hi friends,

I presume that for many of you this is a very superfluous question: How can I strengthen the vertical bar that accompanies the text flow when scribing?

(It is not quite so simple if you are shortsighted and wear glasses)

The blinking bar is the "text cursor" or "keyboard cursor".
