With Windows 10, in Open Office how do I change the font color?
- On the user interface or in a document?

If you want change the font color in a "document":
- What type of document did you meant? Writer, Calc, or other?
- Which file type are you using? Native ODF or other?
- Had you tried the toolbar icon?
- Had you tried it with the styles? (With character styles or paragraph styles or other styles?

I have JRE.
I do not think, if it is a JRE related issue, but you need 32 bit JRE - if you want use it with a 32 bit software. You can install the 32 bit JRE paralell with the 64 bit JRE version.

Thanks.
Go to the paragraph or character Style, whichever is appropriate, and modify the colour under the font effects tab.

See https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Docume ... ter/Styles for some information on how to work with Styles.

Why overcomplicate this? There's a button called FONT COLOR
