Calc document print preview

using O O 4.1.5 on Windows 10 Home with one document When I attempt to print, the print preview ( and print) shows up as a solid block about 1/2 in by 3 in wide .
Other documents print fine, I have reinstalled and restarted O O and the problem persists. I have a Brother MFC J475CW
