[Solved] How do I use a template?

Beginner
So I downloaded a templet. Do not know what to do to be able to use it. help please.

There's not enough information to be able to help. Where did you download the template? What is the name of the template? What is the name of the downloaded file? Was there an error message?

Working with Templates
Use the navigation links on the right side of that page. In general you can use a template by opening it: File → Open → {YourTemplate}
If this solved your problem please go to your first post use the Edit button and add [Solved] to the start of the title. You can select the green checkmark icon at the same time.
