Question:
I have used Apache Open Office for the sole purpose of the Excel program in the past. This round, however, even when downloading the full version, I cannot pull it up under desktop. Any insight?

Sorry, I am not sure what you mean by "I cannot pull it up under desktop."
After downloading it, did you run the installation process?
If you did, were there any errors or other signs of trouble?
If you click the Windows button and look under All Programs, is OpenOffice available?

Re: Downloading on Windows Premium 7
If you mean that an icon pinned to the Taskbar at the bottom of the screen doesn't work after installing a new version of OpenOffice, then you will need to remove the old icon and pin a new one. The installer doesn't know anything about the Taskbar icon and won't update it so it works with the new version of OpenOffice.oldfordjr wrote:...I cannot pull it up under desktop. Any insight?
