The document is mostly ################ a strong indication that is completely corrupted. Hopefully you have a backup copy.

Attempting to open the file using my compression program returned an "Unexpected End Of File marker" message.
Looking at the contents of the compressed file, I noted that the contents.xml file is missing.
This is the file that actually contains your data. thus the .odt you uploaded is unrepairable, as the information needed for the repair is missing.
I have to reiterate thomasjk's comment about hoping that you have a back-up.

I'm sorry but I find nothing salvageable in that file. The file seemed to be produced on a Mac so it might be worth downloading Photorec to try and recover any temp versions of the file.

This post may have some helpful information - also this post

Thanks a lot for your suggestions,

How does Photorec works?
I used to save the text file while writing but I don't have a back up copy;

Photorec can recover deleted files - there may be temporary versions of your document; more information in the links I provided and at the photorec site I linked to.

If you decide to try, please do it quickly lest the temporary files be over-written.
