I do not understand the question. I think you may be asking this question in the wrong forum. This forum is for the office suite Apache OpenOffice and does not really have any connection with document management system software.

I need to pull data from an excel spreadsheet which sits in a document management system called Hummingbird Enterprise DM. Is there any way of doing this or do I just need to save a copy to the file system before each run?
