AWW files to ?
had corel. now they want money. wrote a file in corel and it turned it into a AWW. FILE how do i change the file or have apache read it?
open office 4.1 windows pro 9

Research says that AWW files are from Ability Write. Using Ability Write one can convert to MS Office formats, but I know of no other converter.

You could try Zamzar for conversion purposes.
While they don't list AWW as a file format that they currently support, they have converted files that were in formats other than those listed.
Since the format is not amongst those they currently support, there will be an extended period of time waiting for a conversion, presuming that they can do it.
I've got about a 50/50 success/failure ratio when having them convert files from oddball formats.
