[Solved] How to make a form page longer in OpenOffice Base

Post by Ken Buckingham »

I can't find how to make a OOo Base form longer. I've tried editing the Page Height in the hope that I can use the scroll bar to the side of the form to scroll through an elongated form but without success. It seems such a very basic thing to do. What am I missing? I'd be grateful for suggestions.

If you edit your Form you can specify the Height as High as you like
AOO 4.1.5 on MS Windows 10 Professional & MacOS High Sierra 10.13.5
Please add '[Solved]' at beginning of your first post title (edit button) if your issue has been fixed.

Hi Very many thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I have elongated the form but the problem is that I can't seem to use the scroll bar to scroll through the elongated form in the form edit mode.
Cheers

Hi
I found the answer in http://openoffice.blogs.com/forms_fromscratch.pdf. Extend the form by repeatedly pressing the return key.
