To attach a file for us to review, click the POSTREPLY button
Then look near the bottom of your screen on the left hand side for two tabs.
The first one, should be selected by default, is titled Options.
The second one is titled Upload attachment
Select the second tab.
Then select the button marked "Choose File" and use the pop-up dialog to locate the file you want to attach.
The file must have been saved to your computer.
After you select the file, click the button marked "Add the file"

If you mean something else, please clarify what it is you are trying to do.
