A few days ago I downloaded Open Office onto my computer which is using windows 7 home Premium. Today I made a purchase online and copied the order confirmation to a .pdf file. I tried to open it in Writer and all I got is pages of letters and symbols. Can't seem to find any reference in the help sections. Does anyone here know what i should do ? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
