Forms to PDF

Hi guys,

I've recently set up some work information onto a form with multiple pages. What has now transpired is the need for an individual copy of these forms to each member of our team Subsequently, I have tried to copy the information into pdf but I can only ever make one page of my multiple pages into pdf version. Does anyone know how to create a single pdf file with each individual page on my form on this pdf page?

Sorry it's so confusing - in all honesty I've confused myself so any help is appreciated.
