Equivalent of Microsoft Project in OpenOffice

Is there any tool within Open Office Suite that has similar functionnality than "Microsoft Project" ?
If yes, is it compatible with Microsoft project ( can I open Microsoft Projects in Open Office ? )
If no, do you know such tool working on Unix.

No openOffice tool to do this. OpenProj on Sourceforge may be of use.
