[Solved] OpenOffice Portable

hello,

recently I've found Portable version of OOO.
Description here says something about app and working "wherever you go". What is this version?

It allows OOo to be run from a flash drive.

Looks like 3.2 to me.
LibreOffice 7.3.7. 2; Ubuntu 22.04
