Please read the Survival Guide to the Forum before posting. Please use a meaningful title for your post and search before posting. This question has been asked and answered before. I recommend upgrading to Oo 2.4 — version 2.0 is some way out of date — but you still cannot open MS Publisher files without MS Publisher.
