In Africa access time to the internet is very expensive. Many people use texting to communicate and can't download an application. If a person there has say an ATT based OS what would be the easiest least expensive way of getting them OpenOffice for their "stand alone" computers?
Thank you for any help.

Hi and welcome to the forum.
OOo has a listing of CD-ROM distributors [1] that you can have a look at and see if you can find one near you. OOo makes no warranty for any of the distributors the list is provided to help users find where to get disk only.
