Hi,

user manuals only exist in English, and even those are not always up-to-date.
Unfortunately, there is also very few information on the Spanish Locale Site.

You will find some links in the Wikipedia article about OpenOffice.

There are some Spanish Tutorials available:
http://kolmogorov.unex.es/~trujillo/Esc ... index.html
http://es.wikibooks.org/wiki/OpenOffice.org
http://www.wikilearning.com/tutorial/tu ... _org/10541

You can find additional ones with a Google search for "openoffice tutorial" for Spanish language.

You have some OOo articles written in Spanish (by me... 8-) ) on the begins magazine, explaining how to build a template and several "tips and tricks":

numbers 7, 9 and 10.
NOTE: some of the key-bindings explained there are out-dated.
