Hi
I used OO 3.2 before but had problems updating and removed the program in order to try 3.3
I am using bitcomet to download the program but for some reason the download stops at 99.6% downloaded
Please advise

What is bitcomet, is it a torrent client? Are you downloading a full installation set from here http://download.openoffice.org/other.html ?

Not sure where the [0] in the filename comes from. Does it make a difference if you try this link instead:
