When I click on the download button I get a message saying "Your security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded". I have looked through my settings but can not identify the problem...any ideas

Google found this link, hinting that IE's settings are to blame.

The security settings for the "Internet zone" in Internet Explorer may have been customized, disabling file downloads. To change the security settings in Internet Explorer, select Tools > Internet Options. Select the Security tab. Click the Internet icon. You can then either click the "Default level" button to reset to the default security level or click the "Custom level..." button if you just want to enable file downloads without resetting other security settings. After clicking the "Custom level..." button, the Security Settings window will open. Scroll down to Downloads > File download and click the Enable option.

Thanks but I had already done that and it still gives me the same message.

Can you try the bittorrent way?

I had that same error with Firefox.
