Need Help Editing Labels: How to 'Select All'

Post by Fumbellina »

I can't for the life of me figure out how to 'Select All' text in a page of labels and change all of the text size/font/color etc in ALL of the labels at the same time.

I tried searching this site for what seems like a very easy function but I can't find anything! Plus, I am in need of getting something done quickly but I thought this would be an easy edit/function(?)

Please help! :?

If your labels are 'synchronised' you only need to edit the first one and then you can synch that change to them all.

Here's a long page of all kinds of useful stuff to do with labels: Labels Tutorials. It helped me a lot when I was starting out with labels.

If your labels are not synchronized then you can use the Stylist to modify the Default paragraph style which will get them all.
