[Solved] Reading pdfs

can view pdfs using open office?

PDF files are viewed in a dedicated viewer. Best known is Adobe Reader, usually on most computers, then there are free viewers, foxit being one.
Apache OpenOffice 4.1.7 on Xubuntu 18.04.4 (mostly 64 bit version) and very infrequently on Win2K/XP

Yeah, I use Foxit PDF reader FREE version and have been very happy with it.
