Hi
I use openoffice 3 on a Mac

I'm not sure which application to use.
hope fully there is some kind of template.
I didnt want the expense of buying Filemaker 10 and MYOB.

I want to store customers information and invoice in one hit.

Currently I have 3 processes which take time:
1. fill out an invoice using Calc
2. fill out a contact using address book
3. then enter on my accounts page using Calc

Please Help.
Thanks

Hi and welcome to the forums.

I can't help feeling that a small business accounts package would suit you better than trying to make something out of an office productivity suite and some macros or whatever.

Have you looked at TurboCash? They have an open source version available.

You could take TheGurkha's advice and do a search for Small Business Suite for Mac's.

Oops

This link points to a page that has 4 open source accounts packages, all of which claim to run on Mac.

Open Source Alternatives to Quicken, for the Mac.
