[Solved] Offline access

Post by bbates »

Welcome beginner. What is your question or comment?
Please try to briefly and clearly tell us: What you want, What you tried, and What happened.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Pardon my ignorance, but after open office is installed can a user disconnect and use open office offline?
If no, then are there any free software sites that offer old version of programs like word and/or excel for free?

Thank you,
Ben

Welcome to this forum bbates!

Yes, you can use OpenOffice.org software while you are disconnected from the network. You just need to install the software on the computer and that's it!

OpenOffice.org is a set of programs like Word and Excel, is free and is modern.
