[Solved] Cannot save new files

Windows 10 PC desktop. Open Office 4.1.10.
Just updated from OO 4.1.5 today because files will not save. I get the message: "You can not save here - choose another location."
Uninstall and download did not solve the problem.
In the past I have been able to SAVE AS ODF Text Doc. odt without any problems. I do not know what just happened or how to fix it. Have looked over many community comments without finding anything that helps. Most of the comments seem to be very old.
I can change and save old files. Cannot save new files.
I have not added any new apps or programs - have not made any computer changes.... Don't know what to do.

The first thing to do when you get a "new" error message is Google the message.
