When will OpenOffice 3 be released?

Hello,
I was not quite sure where to post this but I am wondering if anyone knows when the actual "release of 3.0 Openoffice" gets released? I do see there are Beta's available however I thought that the target date for the official release was supposed to be around Sept. 16th?
I'm trying to implement Openoffice 3 into my workplace and currently have people testing the Beta 3, but want to get them upgraded to the release when its avail. When can I expect to see this? Any ideas? Did this get pushed back?
