I updated my internet provider. I have an HP OfficePro 8620 printer. I went through the Network Setup/ Wireless Settings/ Wireless Setup Wizard steps on the HP printer screen to specify the new internet carrier (Comcast). The printer says that it is connected. The diagnostic printout shows that I have a connection. When I try to print a document from Open Office 4 to the HP wireless printer, nothing happens. However, I can send a fax command to the printer with no problem. Also, I am able to print a printer diagnostic page. I have reinstalled the HP software and rebooted the modem. Why is the printer able to receive a fax command and able to print a diagnostic page, but is not able to print a text document? I select the HP Office Pro 8620 (network) on the Printer Settings.
