New font type idea

ok, look. short version? here's me trying to find something useable offline for making a font that looks as if you were reading it in a mirror as well as being upside down. :crazy:

so please! i'm BEGGING you! :cry: make such a type of font a free thing. it would help my hobby book so much.

Hi and welcome to the forum!

Hardly the task for a productivity suite. You should ask on forums dedicated to font design.
LibreOffice 7.6.2.1 on Xubuntu 23.10 and 7.6.4.1 portable on Windows 10

Here is a free (and open source) font editor software, named FontForge:
https://fontforge.github.io/en-US/

And there are "Mirrored fonts" (free an commercial) on the font related pages. Just use the Google.


And you can make mirrored font effects with the FontWork feature of the AOO/LO Draw application.

but what about the upside down part of the same font? also, i'm not sure why, but your pic thing is a little creepy...
