BaseTools account issue.

Please I made a mistake when I created my account on Basetools.. I paid twice and I don' have the account again.. I would really appreciate if someone gave me a way to communicate with them properly.. Thank you

BaseTools has no official connection with the OpenOffice project that I know of. You should contact BaseTools direct, as I doubt any one here can help.

I advise people to stay away from anything and anyone that has something to do with basetools, unless they openly state that they work in computer security (in which case they should be sufficiently knowledgeable to not ask for assistance in an office support forum...). Do not give them money and never reveal credit card info in any context where they are involved.

BaseTools (at least the one I know about) does and supports business which is certainly "base" in a sense, but is not linked to the OpenOffice database app. There are good guys down there, but you enter at your own risk...
