Outlook automatically opens when I click on an email link. I want it to be Windows Mail 10. Please tell me how to change this.

This seems unrelated to Apache OpenOffice.

The location of the Default Apps settings changed in Windows 10 Creators Update released last month. They were under Settings > System > Default Apps, but are now in Settings > Default Apps.
