Little thing about search engine

Hi guys, I'm learning SEO and Trust Flow + Citation FLow are two things make me confuse.
Please anyone explain about this for me?

If you are going to work with search engine optimizing, I suggest you practice using the tool you are trying to optimize pages towards. Using a well known search engine, without optimizing anything, I came across a few links (first page):
https://www.gobloggingtips.com/citation-and-trust-flow-metrics/
http://www.oncrawl.com/citation-flow-vs-trust-flow-what-is-it/

I intentionally disabled URL parsing, so this won't work as SEO-motivated "spamming by proxy"

If you still don't get it, ask in web developer forums, not Office software user forums.
