Like any other folder. Right-click the folder in Windows Explorer, click "Rename" and type in the new name.

Folder or document? Be more specific.
You can "Save as" another name

There are many ways to do this:
the first is to Right Click then choose Rename.
the second is using Save As function
The third is Choose file name then Left Click on that folder (only 1 click after choosing) then change the name.

Note that an active item (open file, folder where there are opened files) usually can't be renamed. Save/close file first.

"Save as" is not quite the same as rename, and also it works on file name, not folder name. The original file will still be there with the previous name, but a new version (copy) is saved with the new name you specify.
