windows 10 user locked out
i am a miserable Windows 10 user. recently since i upgraded to Windows 10, i couldn't log into it using the previous password. i am sure i didn't change the password or enter a right one. now i am confused why this happened. could you give some suggestions about [commercial link removed]? what should i do?
