Exporting Impress to a movie

Postby darinraysmith » Wed May 28, 2008 5:13 am

Greetings,

I am determined to avoid converting impress files to (someotherMSproduct) in order to export them to movies. I have a presentation that I want to display on my website as a movie, but don't know how to export it from Impress to (insert movie format here.) It doesn't matter what the movie format is, my Joomla installation with AllMovies supports a whole lot of file types. Am I missing something? I'd like to use open source products to accomplish this task.

All help is greatly appreciated.

thanks

The .vob is also an .mpeg, so you can stop once you have that. Also, you can use your imagination on other ways to convert still images to a movie.
