No. Exchange is a proprietary MS service. It uses a proprietary mail client (Outlook) as its front end. You can use Outlook to send and receive ODF files, but MS retains licence over Exchange, Outlook, and the Outlook COM and .Net interfaces. It wouldn't make sense to integrate these into an Open Source product even if it was technically practical to do so.
Ubuntu 11.04-x64 + LibreOffice 3 and MS free except the boss's Notebook which runs XP + OOo 3.3.
