This a user forum; we don't have links with Sun. It would be better to inform Sun directly.

Go to ebay.com and report it.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with selling OpenOffice.org. That is a right protected by the LGPL, which is the license that covers OOo. Normally, I would point out that not everyone has a broadband internet connection, so selling CDs is a viable alternative for them, but since this is a downloadable version, I won't go into that. In this case, selling someone a download link may be unscrupulous, but it isn't illegal. And if people fall for it, well, they should have done their homework.

It is ok to sell OpenOffice.org, however the way that person does it is bad for the image of OpenOffice.org.
It appears that the successful buyer will simply pay for a web link to a public OpenOffice mirror, a link you get anyway for free from the mail http://www.openoffice.org website.

What you can do is report this to ebay. I do not speak Italian; I went to the English Ebay site and from the first page I clicked on the Sitemap link.
From there, I saw a link Rules and Policies, which I clicked and I then got:

How can I report a listing that appears to be violating eBay rules and policies?

One way to tackle this is by
Misrepresent the item location from which their item will be shipped.
