This is a wonderful idea! Actual users are often so much more likely to help because they are most likely at the same technical level as the one who posts the question. Help from the real technical types is often good, but often too advanced.

Thank you! The community idea definitely helps keep the answers more specific. Company "knowledge-bases" tend to try to answer all possible questions at once, which is difficult if you want to solve one functional issue.
