Excel : Row numbers are missing in sheet information

Hi,

I am working on a Excel parser. I am parsing rows information from the sheetX.xml where sheetX is the ID of the worksheet.
In one of Excel file, on which I have to do parsing, row number information is missing as below:



Here, in above image, "r" attribute is missing for row tag.

Do you have any idea why this happens?

I just tried to open your file with my AOO 4.1.5 portable, and LO 6.2.8. AOO and LO can not open the file. The error message: The file is corrupt.

What is LO and AOO? Sorry, but I am not aware of these terms.
I have OpenOffice downloaded. I opened Excel file with OpenOffice calc. It is opened in there.

AOO is the Apache OpenOffice, and the LO is the LibreOffice. Your OpenOffice 4.1.7 _is_ Apache OpenOffice really.
The maintainer of the LO is The Document Fundation.
(LO has a little bit higher compatibility with the foreign file formats.)

How you created that .xlsx file?

This .xlsx file is generated by a external Windows software.

It does not produce valid Excel files.
