[Solved] The @ key and the " key have been reversed.

Post by TomHoo »

When I hit the " key it writes @, and when I hit the @ key it writes ". It was working fine until now. --What did I do, hit a wrong button?

Google @ and " keys and check PC keyboard layout.

Is this happening only in OpenOffice, or in all applications?

If only in OpenOffice, check /Tools /Options /Language Settings : Languages and check that the User Interface and Locale settings are correct.

If in All applications, check https://www.zerodollartips.com/windows- ... -settings/ and make sure you have the correct keyboard locale selected.
