Epson 7720 ejects envelope

I place envelope in the single sheet tray.
The printer accepts the document and partially pulls it into the printer.
I prepare an envelope to print in Word using the "envelope" feature in Word.
I send it to the printer.
The printer says it is the wrong paper size and ejects the envelope.
Printer then prints the document on a standard 8.5 x 11 sheet????????????????????????

You should try an MS Office forum. These forums are for Apache OpenOffice and its derivatives.

I agree with Bill. However, you need to tell the printer that the paper size it is using is the Envelope size. Printer manual should tell you about that; how one does it from Word I cannot say.
