Hello!
Hope this post in right spot, am new to all this. And I tried search libobfuscate.
A short while ago I type a letter to send to IRS and after printing I noticed on top of page the following:
libobfuscate.dll LIB SEF .txt
secrets equals freedom
This slogan does not appear on the saved form, but only when I print. I don't think IRS would find that amusing. Not sure if it would FAX the same way.
So any way I can remove the slogan but still keep the .dll?
Thanks in advance!

Maybe it is a virus or malware?

No, I found it on the computer and scanned it for virus. It is part of encryption if you want to encrypt a open office file or PDF. But I did not choose to encrypt.
