[Solved] Extension update

Every time I open a spreadsheet, I get a little green arrow in the upper right & a message that extension updates are available. When I click on the arrow, I get a new window with a circle in the upper right that says it is checking for updates AND IT NEVER GOES BEYOND THAT! That window would stay there for hours if I let it! :crazy:

Ignore it. You don't want to update any extensions with OpenOffice.org 3.1 which is 5 years old.

You can disable the update check: Tools > Options > OO.org > Online Update > Check for updates automatically: OFF (unchecked)

If it makes any difference, I have oo 4.01 & use Windows 7.
OOo 4.1.1 on MS Windows 10 (as of 9/19/15)
