Oracle Report Builder questions

I have downloaded the last version but for some reasson the extensions manager is saying that i dont have the last version that is 1.2.1 rev2.
Please, cant someone show me a direct link to assure that i get this version ?

Also, i am unable to customize the table borders using the Oracle Report Builder, in fact i am unable to find the settings to use the borders. How can i make the table and cell borders visible ?

I am using AOO last version.

Help please, my OO it is continuosly warning me about that exist an updated version of the Oracle Report Builder, and in theory i have the last version installed ....
