Digital signature and product registration in Extensions?

Can anyone confirm or deny the implementation of digital siganture and product registration?

I would like to have an update on these feature requests.

So far the page only says:

Product Registration
This feature is not yet available.

Digital Signatures
This feature is not yet available.

Althought this page is quite old and was written in 2007
