[Solved] After the Deadline Grammar Checker

Post by princess »

This extension did not work. After installing it, it did not flag any incorrect sentences. I typed "Me and Jill went to the store", it did not flag this error. I typed "I sat there there", it did not flag this error. Under Tools >Writing Aids under Available Language Modes: After the Deadline Grammar Checker was listed and the box was checked. Under options all the boxes were checked. Please give me some input. Why doesn't this extension work :(

I solved this by installing another grammar extension. I installed Language Tool. That doesn't work that well, either. But, it's better than nothing. :|

After the Deadline writes:
"After the Deadline requires an internet connection to check your text.
If you're not connected, your errors will not be highlighted."

Your document language (see status bar) is English?

I installed the extension for Firefox and this is what it lets pass unnoticed:

Lets see how it work. By the looks of it, the thing doesn't recognise a lot. A real typo (originally: reel tyop) should be notices.

So yea, still lots to be done there.

It did, as recorded. But it also claims to check grammar, and it missed all of the grammar errors.
