Extension error when setting a password for a library

Post by BSorin »

Hello!
I set a password for the library, exited the program and re-entered, launched the extension. Received message: Internal error. After that, I loaded the library, entered the edit mode. Launched the extension again. Everything works great.
Can anyone come across such a problem?
Can you please tell me what can be done here?
Thanks.

Why you set a password for a StarBasic library when you want to distribute it as an Extension (how they will install and use it, if it is password protected?)

(Maybe I missed something information about your problem. Please give us more details, and opload some sample files here.)

My first tip: Try it with the LibreOffice (at least a portable version of it.)

PortableApps/winPenPack: LO3.3.0-7.6.2;AOO4.1.14

Password is "villeroy"

Obviously, the password protection protects against editing but not against executing the code.
